Are Amalor products suitable for sensitive skin? Our products are carefully formulated with skin-friendly ingredients 3 years +, however every skin type is different. We always recommend carrying out a patch test before first use.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Yes — all Amalor products are cruelty-free, and selected products are vegan-friendly. Full ingredient details can be found on each product page.
Where are Amalor products made? Our products are made in the UK using carefully selected ingredients and trusted manufacturing partners.
Should I patch test before use? Yes. We recommend patch testing all skincare and cosmetic products 24 hours before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Are your products suitable during pregnancy? We recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and unsure about any ingredients.
How long do your products last? Most products have a shelf life of 12 months unopened. Once opened, please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
Can I amend or cancel my order? We work quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return my order? Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns Policy above for full details.
