UK DELIVERY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

During busy periods such as launches, promotions, or seasonal sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–4 working days)

Express Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

  • FREE UK delivery on orders over £55

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.95

  • Express UK Delivery: £7.95

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we always do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors outside of our control may occasionally occur. Amalor cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

MISSING ORDERS

We currently only ship within the UK

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team at hello@amalor.co.uk and we’ll investigate this for you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Amalor products. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@amalor.co.uk.

 

 

14 DAY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund

HYGIENE POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, and unopened. Products must be returned in their original packaging Proof of purchase is required

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with your order number and photographs of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
